Hot Artichoke Dip

Megan is helping with Christmas dinner by making an appetizer.  Here is a really easy recipe for artichoke dip that everyone loves!

1 can of artichokes (14 ounce)

1 can diced chilis (4 ounce)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Paprika for garnish

Drain the liquid off the artichokes.  Place on a chopping board and roughly chop.

Open the can of chilis and place in a mixing bowl with the artichokes.

Add 1 cup mayonnaise

Add 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Stir all the ingredients together

Transfer dip to a casserole dish

Sprinkle paprika over the top

Place in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with crackers or “scoop chips”
